All damaged products are guaranteed a 100% replacement due to shipment/packaging damage ONLY.
Proof of damaged product(i.e: a picture or a video) must be submitted before a new non-damaged product is sent out along with the date of purchase. If purchase date is past 30 days from initial date of purchase, the return will not be accepted and the customer will have to repurchase the product.
For Booking/Service cancellation, please note that all bookings and services has a 24hr cancelation window with NO refund.
For bookings/services that are created same day, cancellation would need to be done within an 1hr before the service with NO refund.
